Giving Back Through Words

From the very beginning of my writing journey, my goal has been to make a difference beyond the pages of my books. 100% of all proceeds from my published works have been donated to organizations that bring hope, healing, and support to those in need. I am always seeking out new organizations that help children, and if you know of a worthwhile cause, I would love to hear about it. Together, we can make an even greater impact in the lives of children and families who need it most.

The Center for Prevention of Abuse

This organization provides safety, support, and advocacy for individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and elder abuse. Their work helps survivors reclaim their lives with dignity and strength. More information about CFPA can be found by visiting their website.

EveryChild (Formerly The Child Abuse Council of the Quad Cities)

Formerly known as the Child Abuse Council of the Quad Cities, EveryChild is dedicated to ending child abuse and neglect by offering prevention education, early childhood services, and family support programs. Their mission reflects my commitment to protecting children and ensuring they grow up in safe, nurturing environments. For more information, visit their website.

The Woman's Choice Center

The Woman's Choice Center serves women and families facing unexpected pregnancies by providing compassionate care, resources, and life-affirming support. Their dedication to honoring the value of every life aligns deeply with my faith and purpose as a writer. Every book purchased has been more than a story shared; it has been a gift of hope, love, and healing for children, families, and women in need. More information can be found on their website.

Mercy County Family Crisis Center

The Mercer County Family Crisis Center serves individuals and families throughout Mercer County by providing compassionate support, advocacy, crisis intervention, and educational resources for those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumatic situations. Through emergency assistance, counseling support, prevention education, and community outreach, the center works to create a safer and more hopeful future for survivors while promoting awareness, healing, and dignity within the community. More information can be found on their website.

Erin's Law

Erin's Law is a child sexual abuse prevention education law designed to help protect children through age-appropriate personal body safety education in schools. Named after survivor and advocate Erin Merryn, the law focuses on teaching children how to recognize unsafe situations, establish personal boundaries, identify trusted adults, and report abuse safely. Erin’s Law also encourages training and resources for educators and parents so that communities can work together to prevent abuse, support survivors, and create safer environments for children. More information can be found on the Erin's Law website or the Erin's Law Foundation website.

National Christ Child Society

The National Christ Child Society (NCCS)is a Catholic nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children and families in need through programs that provide clothing, educational support, literacy initiatives, baby items, and emergency assistance. Founded in 1887 by Mary Virginia Merrick, the organization continues her mission of recognizing and serving the Christ Child in every child. The Society also promotes awareness of Mary Virginia Merrick’s canonization cause and her legacy of faith-filled service and compassion. More information about the NCCS can be found on their website.

Red River Children's Advocacy Center

The Red River Children's Advocacy Center provides a safe, child-focused environment for children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, and violence. Through forensic interviews, advocacy, family support services, and community education, the center works collaboratively with law enforcement, medical professionals, and social services to help children heal while reducing further trauma during the investigative process.
